Delivery & Installation

Many companies just deliver but we are different.  Most office furniture companies just leave your items in reception or at your door for you to have the fun of assembling yourselves, however that is not in accord with our customer service policy.  This is why we have come up with our own delivery and installation strategy to create maximum satisfaction with all our clients.

This is the step-by-step procedure that we at Hampshire Office Furniture use when delivering your furniture:

  • Your products are dispatched from our warehouse in Havant.
  • We deliver your products to the required area, which you have chosen.
  • All the furniture is then unwrapped and assembled by our fully trained team.
  • This is put into position in your offices are per your floorplan.
  • Every piece of furniture is levelled, cleaned and inspected for any defects or damage.
  • All the packaging will be taken away with us and disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
  • The site will be given a final check and clean prior to departure.

From a single item of furniture to a complete furniture refurbishment, Hampshire Office Furniture personnel are fully trained on the handling and installation of all products - this helps reduce chance of damage to your furniture.

Our team work quickly and efficiently to make sure your project runs smoothly and to plan - on completion you will be required to sign off all the works.
